In order to apply for Nanaimo Judo Club Membership please complete the Athlete Registration form, and then come talk to the office staff at the dojo to complete the registration process, then fill in the Registration Package on Trackie and Judo BC/Canada:

Step 1: Print and fill in (we will have paper copies onsite)

Step 2: Come see our office staff to complete registration. We will need to confirm class availability then complete verification and access for Step 3.

Please Note that the Judo BC/Canada Registration system is now using Dokume. Parents will need to create their own Dokume accounts to link and manage athletes under Age 14.

Also note that as space is limited at the new building, we are currently taking a waitlist for all new memberships. New members please contact us for availability before registering.

Step 3: Judo BC/Canada Registration (Annual Registration). Online.

Step 4: Nanaimo Judo Club BC Societies Registration, Constitution, Bylaws, & Code of Conduct (May elect to Auto Renew Membership). Online.
